HR management system year end feedback summary for 2011.

"Brad through the course of 2011 and my interactions with him first during Project 9 and then with his transition into his new role within the Cards Customer service team has delivered a very strong performance. Brad is committed and dedicated to every task and project he takes on and ensures it receives all the necessary attention and analysis starting from prioritising his project work slate to reviewing all aspects of benefits or risks of various approaches on the projects. He has established a high level of credibility with the business both with Project 9 and in a very short timeframe since he stepped into his new role as Service Project manager for Infrastructure and business expansion projects.

Brads style of working, structure and mode of interaction with teams and individuals are all key strengths. He is focussed on his personal development and eager to learn and understand the various aspects of the business. He is very good at asking questions to ensure there is clarity where required so he is clear on expectations and these are then managed as appropriate. Particularly impressive has been his sleeves rolled up approach to clean up and structure the Pega to Stars migration project, requirements, deliverables, stakeholder engagement with various teams across the globe and clear direction and leadership to ensure EMEA requirements are clearly articulated for the global team and in highlighting the risks and bringing together material for senior alignment.

Having Brad join the Cards Service team has been a great positive and I've very pleased to see the progress Brad has made in a short time to step fully into his new role and take charge of the delivery. He has a lot of potential and the ability to handle greater responsibilities as seen with his move from AVP to VP grade in 2011 and his success in the interview process for the service project role.
